Payments and commissions
You will get 80% commission for every sale that is generated from your partner link.
You will be paid three times per month. We generally pay our partners on the 10th, 20th and 30th of each month. Since all our products come with 30 day money back guarantee, you won't get paid until the 30-day guarantee period is over!
For example, if someone purchases a product from your partner link on 20th July, you won't get paid for that sale until 20th August. If the customer asks for a refund within that period then the sale is automatically void. In any case, you will get automated notifications from our system whenever you have made/lost a commission.
Our partner program is free to join, but you MUST follow some rules :-)
(Note: we use the word 'partner' instead of 'affiliate' because we treat our affiliates like our own business partners)
A) You can join our partner program if:
1. You are of 18 years of age
2. You have a valid account with Paypal.com. A Paypal Premier or Paypal Business account is recommended. If you cannot accept payments via Paypal, we can pay you through 2checkout. To use this option, you must have a vendor account with 2checkout. If you have a vendor account with 2checkout, just enter the words "2checkout" (without quotes) under the field "Write checks to" in your account profile (you will be able to do this once you login to your account). When the time for commission payment comes, you will be asked to send us a 2checkout invoice to the tune of the amount of your commissions!
3. You agree to abide by all the rules below
B) As our partner, here are the things you cannot do (read below on what will happen if you break ANY ONE of these rules)
1. You CANNOT use SPAM or any other illegal/unethical marketing methods to promote our products
2. You CANNOT purchase any product from your partner link. Even if you do, we will discredit you from the sale.
3. You CANNOT post your partner links on sites which have nothing to do with internet marketing, niche marketing or for that matter, do not count among legitimate business sites (examples of illegitimate sites are those that endorse/contain pornography, gambling, hacking, spywares, virus or any other site that might offend our prospects).
4. DO NOT make any false promises in your marketing/promotions. If you don't know a particular thing about a product, just ask us. Better yet, you can purchase the product itself to get a thorough idea of its features and benefits. This is one of the best ways to make tons of commissions; many of the super affiliates are the ones who have purchased and evaluated the product itself before endorsing it to their visitors and subscribers.
Of course, it is not mandatory to purchase a product in order to promote it.
In general, DO NOT try to cheat our system in any way
C) In addition, effective on and from December 2009, all partners signing up for NuttiePartners.com must agree and abide by the FTC regulations with regards to the use of testimonials and/or endorsements (this applies to both US-based AND Non-US based partners). D) We also encourage all our new partners to read our partner agreement.
E) Here is what will happen if you break any of the above rules:
We will send you one warning. If you do not comply, your account will be suspended as well as all your due commissions forfeited. You will also be banned from joining our partner program in future.
